“It is not often that someone comes along who is a good writer and a good friend,”
But Charlotte is.
This story is about a pig named Wilbur. He almost died at the beginning because he was smaller than the other pigs, so the owner wanted to kill Wilbur. But, the owner’s girl, Fern, said not to kill Wilbur. Wilbur does not have any friends until…

Charlotte is a very talented and bloodthirsty spider. She wants to help Wilbur stay alive at the Zuckerman’s farm. She needs to know how to trick Mr. Zuckerman to keep Wilbur alive, and that will be hard.

This story is about a pig named Wilbur, and he needs to find a friend in the barn because he is lonely. He has lots of outstanding adventures in the barn and outside of the barn. The only problem is that Wilbur will be cooked on Christmas Eve. Will Wilbur survive, or is it bye bye Wilbur time?

This book is perfect for 4th and 5th graders, and maybe some 3rd graders. This is a sad book because someone dies, but when I was done with it, I felt really good because it is a pretty challenging book. I thought this book had great characters because the characters have nice feelings and they are very friendly and there was a very nice layout. When I started I did NOT want to stop because once I started, it was so exiting. I’m sure this will also happen to you.

I would recommend this book to people who like drama stories and maybe people who like to cry. Maybe 3rd graders who take challenges would also like it. People who liked the book Stone Fox might like it too because it has similanties.

I absolutely recommend this book. I thought the author described everything pretty well, and he used a lot of dialogue. If you read this book, you will never forget about it. And sure about that!
